DESCRIPTION

SUNMARK is a PU film (polyurethane) for textile transfer, suitable for fabrics exposed to outdoor conditions.

The carrier or liner is a PET film (polyester) that acts as a transporter
Manufactured in France by Chemica

THINGS TO KEEP IN MIND

Wait 24 hours before the first wash
Not recommended to wash after application

TRANSFER PARAMETERS

Cutting blade: 45º
Temperature: 100 ºC
Time: 15 seconds
Pressure: 2.5 - 3.0 bar [medium pressure]

APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS

Cut the design in mirror mode with a cutting plotter
Remove excess vinyl (weeding process)
Heat the press to 100 ºC
Place the garment on the press and pre-press for 4-5 seconds to remove wrinkles and moisture from the fabric
Place the vinyl on the garment and protective paper over it
Press at medium pressure for 15 seconds
Remove the liner cold
