Build your own low-cost exposure unit without having to invest in a special machine.
2 lamp models available: (1) with stand; (2) without stand, to which you can add a support to use it as an exposure unit
LAMP WITHOUT STAND
Adjustable tilting head to keep it stable on flat surfaces. Comes with holes that make it possible to screw it to a more suitable stand for the exposure
You can mount it on one of the supports we offer:
Extendable: it is fixed to the clamp of the screen printing machine, thanks to its clamp-shaped end. The lamp remains on the screen, so you can adjust its position by simply moving the clamp up or down. No assembly required. Includes wingnuts for attaching the lamp
Desktop: the screen is placed between the legs of the stand, which has a 62 x 40 cm area. The lamp stands on it and the height can be adjusted. Includes screws and tools for mounting the lamp.
With these supports you can expose screen up to 40 x 50 cm. If you wish to expose larger screens, we recommend carrying out tests
It works with a standard waterproof cable connector (IP68). See instructions on how to use it
LAMP WITH FOLDING STAND
With its own stand it can be used for screens up to 30 x 40 cm. To expose larger screen you will need to raise it, for which you will need a base.
The lamp rotates 360º so that it can be placed on the screen
Support handles with a 180° opening angle
To use it as a exposure unit: place the screen on a flat surface and adjust the lamp over it
It has a locking system with wheels to secure at the desired distance from the screen printing screen.
THINGS TO KEEP IN MIND
These LED lamps are designed to light up spaces, so they can also be used for this purpose
