THINGS TO KEEP IN MIND

• The diazo bag for the 1 kg emulsion contains approximately 4 grams, and the one for the 5 kg emulsion contains 20 grams
• The mixture is made in a 1:1 ratio, for example, if you use half of the emulsion, you should use half of the diazo bag
• Photosensitive liquid that reacts to light, so it should be applied in a dark and enclosed place
• It is not recommended to expose this emulsion with LED lamps
• It is advisable to clean the screen before applying the emulsion to ensure a thin and uniform layer. Any dust particles could leave pores in the design
• Store in a place with a temperature between 5 °C and 30 °C
• It is recommended to use the mixture immediately after preparation. It may lose effectiveness even if stored properly

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE

• Prepare the amount of diazo and emulsion to be used in a 1:1 ratio
• Wash and remove grease or any contaminants from the screen using a degreaser
• Gradually add the diazo sensitizer to the emulsion and mix them using a spatula until fully integrated
• Let the mixture sit until the bubbles are gone (estimated time 20 min)
• Slowly coat both sides of the screen mesh using a squeegee. Remember to apply it in a dark and enclosed place
• Dry the screen
