DESCRIPTION
- Allows for even emulsion coating of screens
- Profile with 2 distinct edges: one straight and sharp for thin coating layers and another rounded for thicker layers
- Durable and long-lasting. Comfortable to hold and easy to clean
- Ends with rigid plastic caps. They are attached to the trough and are not removable
- Includes 2 rubbers to protect the profile edge when the coating trough is not in use
- Trough with sufficient emulsion capacity for multiple coating layers
- Available in different widths, other dimensions of this coating trough or emulsion scoop are the same
HOW TO CHOOSE THE WIDTH OF THE COATING TROUGH?
- It is recommended that the coating trough be 2 or 3 cm less than the inner width of the screen frame. This way, the trough will cover the largest possible area, reducing the amount of liquid or tape required to block the edge of the mesh
