<p>TURBO PRINT 4038 H2O is a <strong>printable thermo-adhesive</strong> <strong>PU (polyurethane) film</strong> for textile transfer on cotton, polyester, polyester-cotton, polyester-acrylic and nylon fabrics without water-repellent impregnation.</p>

<li>The <strong>10-metre</strong> roll has a <span class="azul-negrita">Ø7.5 cm</span> cardboard core</li>
<li><strong>Oeko-Tex Standard 100 class I</strong> certifies that the raw materials used are environmentally friendly, free of PVC, solvents, plasticisers and heavy metals</li>

<p><strong>THINGS TO KEEP IN MIND</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>To transfer the design to the garment we recommend using the <strong>Poli-Tack 854</strong> or <strong>Poli-Tack 870</strong> transfer tape, available in <strong>Related Products</strong></li>
<li>After printing, it should be left to dry. Transfer it to the garment once the ink is dry to the touch</li>

<p><strong>COTTON, POLYESTER, POLYESTER-COTTON AND POLYESTER-ACRYLIC</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Print the design on the matte side in <strong>direct mode</strong></li>
<li>Let the ink dry</li>
<li>Cut the vinyl with a cutting machine when the ink is dry to the touch</li>
<li>Weed out your excess vinyl</li>
<li>Place the garment on the press and pre-press for <span class="azul-negrita">4-5 seconds</span> to remove wrinkles and moisture</li>
<li>Position the vinyl on the garment</li>
<li>Press at <span class="azul-negrita">130ºC</span> (<span class="azul-negrita">5 seconds</span>), <span class="azul-negrita">150ºC</span> (<span class="azul-negrita">4 seconds</span>) or <span class="azul-negrita">160ºC</span> (<span class="azul-negrita">3 seconds</span>) with <strong>medium pressure</strong></li>
<li><strong>Hot</strong> peel the liner</li>
</ul>

<li>Cover with protective paper and press at <span class="azul-negrita">150ºC</span> for <span class="azul-negrita">10 seconds</span> with <strong>low pressure</strong></li>

The Safety Data Sheet serves only to comply with the regulation to supply information in accordance with REACH Regulation (EC) No. 1907/2006 and is available on request. This is not a hazardous product with regards to transportation legislation; neither does it contain substances that are hazardous to water within the meaning of the federal water act. After use, dispose of the waste product in accordance with the local/national authorities.</p>
