DESCRIPTION
ULTIMATE PRINT SOFT 4031 GLOSS is a PU film (polyurethane) thermo-adhesive printable (opaque white, 80 µ) for textile transfer, suitable for light or dark fabrics.
- The backing or liner is a 100µ PET film (polyester) non-adhesive that allows cutting small letters and detailed designs with any cutting plotter
- The raw materials used are eco-friendly, free from PVC, plasticisers, and heavy metals, and are certified according to OekoTex Standard 100 Category I
- Manufactured in Germany by Poli-Tape
THINGS TO KEEP IN MIND
- Not suitable for use on nylon fabrics or textiles with water-repellent impregnation
- We recommend using POLI-TACK 854 as a transfer sheet for the transfer. It should be removed while hot
- After printing the vinyl with the ink, it should be left to dry. It can be transferred to the garment when the ink is dry to the touch
INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
- Print with a solvent, eco-solvent, or latex ink printer
- Allow the ink to dry
- When the ink is dry to the touch, cut the vinyl with a plotter without cutting through the PET liner or backing
- Weed or discard the excess material
- Transfer to the Poli-Tack 854 transfer sheet using a squeegee
- Transfer onto the garment at 165 ºC, medium pressure, and 17-20 seconds
- Remove the transfer sheet while hot
