DESCRIPTION
FLEXCUT PUFF is a PU film (polyurethane) water-based for textile transfer on fabrics without water-repellent impregnation.
- The support or liner is a self-adhesive PET film (polyester) that acts as a carrier
- The raw materials used are eco-friendly, containing no PVC, plasticisers or heavy metals, and are certified according to the ecological standard Oeko-Tex Standard 100 Category I
- Manufactured in France by Sef Laval

TRANSFER PARAMETERS
- Cutting blade: 30-45º
- Temperature: 140 ºC
- Time:
- 10 seconds (ironing)
- 10 seconds (fixing)
- Pressure: 2.5 - 3.0 bar [medium-high pressure]
APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS
- Cut the design in mirror mode with a plotter
- Remove the excess vinyl (weeding or peeling operation)
- Heat the press to 140 ºC
- Place the garment on the press and pre-press for 4-5 seconds to remove wrinkles and moisture from the fabric
- Place the vinyl on the garment and protective paper over the vinyl
- Press at medium-high pressure for 10 seconds
- Remove the liner cold
- Press again for 10 seconds with the same parameters
WASH RESISTANCE
- Wash resistance: max. 40 ºC
