DESCRIPTION

• Reflective surface that changes colour based on light reflection
• Glitter particles are embedded within the material. The texture is not felt to the touch
• Polyester (PET) liner with adhesive
• Suitable for cutting with a plotter and laser machine. PVC-free

THINGS TO KEEP IN MIND

• Does not have Blockout: on dark polyester textiles, the base colour may migrate and affect the vinyl's shade during transfer

CERTIFICATES

• VeganOK: guarantees that the raw materials used are not of animal origin and are cruelty-free
• REACH No. 1907/2006/EU: ensures the absence of hazardous chemicals

TECHNICAL CHARACTERISTICS

^(*)Allows another layer of vinyl to be applied on top to create multi-coloured designs

PLOTTER CUTTING PARAMETERS

• Cutting blade: 45º
• Pressure: 150-170 gf
• Speed: 15 cm/second

TRANSFER PARAMETERS

• Temperature: 150 ºC
• Time: 15 seconds
• Pressure: 2.5/3.5 bar [medium pressure]

APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS

• Cut the design in mirror mode using a plotter
• Weed the excess vinyl (weeding operation)
• Heat the press to 150 ºC
• Place the garment on the press and pre-press for 2-3 seconds to remove wrinkles and moisture from the fabric
• Place the vinyl on the garment and cover with a protective sheet
• Press with medium pressure for 15 seconds
• Let it cool and remove the liner

WASHING INSTRUCTIONS

• Wait 24 hours before the first wash
• Wash the garment inside out in a washing machine at a maximum temperature of 40 ºC
• Do not use bleach or dry clean
• Air dry or tumble dry on a synthetic cycle
• Iron at low temperature with the garment inside out

STORAGE RECOMMENDATIONS

• Avoid exposure to sunlight and keep in dust-free areas
• Shelf life: 2 years
• Storage temperature: between 18º C and 26 ºC
