DESCRIPTION

• Multiple applications: customise a variety of caps and hats using DTF, sublimation, transfer, vinyl... Easily apply embroidered patches, several layers of vinyl together, etc.
• Dual heating plate: upper and lower, with independent temperature adjustment. Allows better adhesion of heat-activated adhesives on vinyls and thick patches, applying heat from below activates the adhesive and fixes it from above. Reduces temperatures and application times.
• Productivity: fully automatic operation speeds up the process and allows you to customise more caps in less time.
• Automatic: with an automatic opening and closing system when the pressing time finishes.
• Precise alignment: integrated laser pointer to position the design before pressing without wasting time. In addition, you can slide the lower plate inwards to easily centre it with the upper plate.
• Silicone pad included: removable, standard shape for pressing the front panel of 5-panel caps, beanies, etc.
• Programmable temperature and time: control panel with touch screen to adjust parameters.
• Adjustable pressure: allows you to regulate the pressure according to the thickness and type of surface to be pressed. Adjusted via the control panel.
• Pressing counter: allows you to monitor your work rate.
• Easy to use: includes a manual lever to tension the cap and facilitate personalisation.
• Even distribution of pressure and temperature: thanks to the silicone cover on the lower heating plate. Interchangeable cover with standard shape, allows pressing a wide variety of cap models.

THINGS TO KEEP IN MIND

• The press has 2 temperature adjustment panels (1 for each heating plate) and 1 timer. Once the programmed time is finished, the press opens automatically.
