DESCRIPTION
- Multiple applications: personalise a variety of caps and hats using DTF, sublimation, transfer, vinyl... Easily apply embroidered patches, multiple layers of vinyl together...
- Dual heat platens: upper and lower, with independent temperature control. Allows better fixing of heat-activated adhesive on thick vinyl and patches, applying heat from below activates the adhesive and fixes it from above. Reduces temperatures and application times
- Productivity: fully automatic operation that streamlines the process and allows personalising more caps in less time
- Automatic: with automatic opening or closing system when the pressing time ends
- Precise alignment: integrated laser pointer to position the design before pressing without wasting time. You can also slide the lower platen inwards to easily centre it with the upper platen
- Silicone pad included: removable, standard shape for pressing the front panel of 5-panel caps, hats...
- Programmable temperature and time: touch screen control panel for adjusting settings
- Adjustable pressure: allows pressure adjustment according to the thickness and type of surface to be pressed. Adjustment via the control panel
- Press counter: allows you to track the work rate
- Easy to use: includes a manual lever to stretch the cap and make personalisation easier
- Even pressure and temperature distribution: with the silicone cover on the lower heat platen. Interchangeable cover with standard shape, suitable for pressing a wide variety of cap styles
