• Designed for caps and hats: lets you personalise baseball caps, trucker caps, children's caps, fisherman or bucket hats, brimmed hats, cowboy...
• Small, lightweight and compact: perfect for working anywhere, in a shop in full view of the customer
• Intelligent automatic pressure system: detects the thickness of the material and applies pressure without the need for manual adjustments
• Cap tensioner: keeps the cap firm, stretched and in place during transfer. Prevents creases or areas of uneven pressure
• Curved heat platen: cast aluminium with PTFE coating. It adapts to the shape of the cap and distributes heat quickly and evenly
• Touch control for temperature and time: allows you to precisely adjust the parameters and switch between °C and °F
  • 2 preconfigured modes, but they are editable:
    • Mode A for heat transfer vinyl: preconfigured to 150 °C for 15 seconds
    • Mode B for embroidered patches: preconfigured to 170 °C for 20 seconds
  • Parameter memory: retains the last settings used to streamline repetitive jobs and batch production
• Emergency stop: allows you to immediately interrupt the pressing cycle by pressing any button
• Auto shut-off: switches off after 15 minutes of inactivity
• Non-slip bases with suction cups: provide stability and prevent the heat press from moving on the work table during use

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE

1. Select the most suitable base plate for the type and size of cap
2. Slide the heat platen backwards, holding it by the top handle
3. Place the cap and lower the cap tensioner to keep it firm, stretched and wrinkle-free
4. Place the design on the cap and secure it with heat tape
5. Plug in the heat press
6. Set the time and temperature. Or select one of the preconfigured modes
7. Wait for the heat press to reach the set temperature. The start button will change from red to green and the heat press will beep
8. Manually slide the heat platen until it is positioned over the design
9. Press the start button. The base will rise automatically and the countdown will begin
10. When finished, the base will lower automatically and the heat press will emit 3 beeps
11. Slide the heat platen backwards, release the cap tensioner and carefully remove the cap
