DESCRIPTION
Poli-Flex Image Carbon is an eco-friendly PU film for transferring carbon effect designs onto textiles.
- The 10-metre rolls have a cardboard core of Ø7.5 cm
- The raw materials used are eco-friendly, free from PVC, plasticisers, and heavy metals, and are certified according to the Oeko-Tex 100 ecological standard
- Manufactured in Germany by Poli-Tape

TRANSFER PARAMETERS
- Cutting blade: 45º
- Temperature: 160 ºC
- Time: 15 seconds
- Pressure: 2.5 - 3.0 bar [medium pressure]
APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS
- Cut the design in mirror mode with a cutting plotter
- Remove the excess vinyl (weeding operation)
- Heat the press to 160 ºC
- Place the garment on the press and pre-press for 4-5 seconds to remove wrinkles and moisture from the textile
- Place the vinyl on the garment
- Press at medium pressure for 15 seconds
- Remove the liner hot
WASH RESISTANCE
- Wash inside out at a maximum temperature of 40 ºC
- Suitable for tumble drying
