ACCESSORIES

Laser positioners (Ref. 055432 and 056500)

• Available in two formats depending on the type of placement:
  • Anchored to the plate structure with a clamp (Ref. 055432)
  • Tabletop, 50 cm high with separate base (Ref. 056500)
• Ideal for serial ironing with greater agility and precision
• 4 red light beams (635 nm) that mark the exact position for placing the object on the base plate
• Each beam incorporates an adjustment wheel to manually adjust its position

Lower Heat Platen (Ref. 056706)

• Platen size: 40 x 50 cm
• Heating area: 38 x 38 cm
• Applies heat from below, improving thermal transfer and reducing pressing time
• Facilitates adhesion on thick, multi-layered, or textured materials
• Suitable for thick vinyls, 3D, patches... Improves adhesion and prevents design deformation
• Time and temperature controller for the lower platen
• Includes a Teflon cover and a protective 38 x 38 cm silicone pad

INTERCHANGEABLE BASE PLATES

• Easy attachment with manual screws
• Made of cast aluminium
• Silicone or open cell pad
• Get different sizes and shapes to customize various objects:
  • Labels: small fabrics such as patches, fabric labels, handkerchiefs...
  • Sleeves: suitable for dressing t-shirts with sleeves
  • Pants: suitable for any leg length
  • Small garments: suitable for baby clothes, bandanas... or rigid objects
  • Shoes: allows customization of 2 shoes at a time
  • Plates: with size for flat plates up to Ø18 cm
  • Caps: suitable for pressing 4 caps at the same time
  • T-shirts: structure shaped like a t-shirt. Includes Teflon cover
  • Polo shirts: with a slot for buttons and shirt collars. Includes Teflon cover
  • 2 sleeves: facilitates pressing of 2 sleeves at once. Includes Teflon cover
  • 4 in 1: plate with slots for printing garments with zippers or buttons, such as jackets, shirts, polo shirts and even labels
  • Can coolers: can customize 8 can coolers or similar items at once. Does not include silicone pad for easier complete pressing of the coolers
  • Drying plate: for use in techniques such as drying DTG and screen printing inks or curing in DTF and DTG. Iron frame with ventilation holes and porous foam pad to facilitate transpiration

PRECAUTIONS

• Install the handle before starting to use the heat press
• Check the voltage before turning on the heat press
• For your safety, make sure the plug has a grounding connection
• Turn off the machine when not in use and unplug it from the power outlet
• Keep children away from the machine
• Protect your hands with gloves during work operations
• Do not press objects that can melt or burn
• If the control panel shows "000", contact technical service: thermal sensor error
