DESCRIPTION

• High quality translucent glass. Lightweight and thin, 2,5 mm thick
• Large handle for a comfortable and secure grip
• Glitter effect coating on the outside, pleasant to the touch. Glitter encrusted, does not leave any particles on the hand
• Can also be customised with other techniques such as screen printing, transfer, adhesive vinyl, printing UV or DTG

THINGS TO KEEP IN MIND

• Before sublimating, you should be aware that the image will blend in with the glitter finish. One way to minimise this effect is to choose dark coloured designs
• Hand wash. Not recommended for microwave use

DIMENSIONS

RECOMMENDED INSTRUCTIONS AND PARAMETERS FOR SUBLIMATION PRINTING

Parameters given for guidance only. It is recommended to carry out preliminary tests in order to make the necessary adjustments before starting production.

WITH CUP IRON

• Print the design in mode mirror
• Preheat the press to 180-200 °C
• Place the printed paper around the mug and fix it with thermal adhesive tape
• Close the press with medium-high pressure for 180 seconds
• With the help of a protective glove remove the newly printed mug
• Carefully remove the paper

WITH SUBLIMATION OVEN

• Print the design in mode mirror
• Heat the oven to 200 ºC
• Place the printed paper around the mug and fix it with heat adhesive tape
• Tighten the clamp or place the mug in a heat shrink bag and heat with a heat gun to avoid wrinkles. You can also use a silicone sheet
• Sublime in the oven for 8 minutes
• With the help of a protective glove, remove the clamp, the silicone film or remove the bag, depending on the case
• Carefully remove the paper
