DESCRIPTION

  • They are coated with micro glitter particles that sparkle in contact with light
  • Can be personalised with a heat press using 10-11 oz heating elements. Also, with a sublimation oven using wraps, silicone sheets or heat shrink bags

THINGS TO KEEP IN MIND

  • Before customising, you should be aware that the tone of the colours will blend in with those of the image you want to sublimate. To minimise this effect, we recommend choosing designs with dark colours
  • They may contain metallic particles. Do not microwave

RECOMMENDED INSTRUCTIONS AND PARAMETERS FOR SUBLIMATION PRINTING

Parameters provided for guidance only. They may vary due to factors such as the paper used, inks, or ambient temperature. For this reason, testing is recommended.

WITH A MUG HEAT PRESS

  • Print the design in mirror image
  • Preheat the press to 180-200ºC
  • Hold the paper's printed side against the mug and fix it with heat-resistant tape
  • Press for 200-240 seconds, medium-high pressure
  • Using a protective glove, remove the newly printed mug
  • Carefully peel off the paper

WITH A SUBLIMATION OVEN

  • Print the design in mirror image
  • Preheat the oven to 200ºC
  • Hold the paper's printed side against the mug and fix it with heat-resistant tape
  • Adjust the wrap around it or slide it into a heat shrink bag and heat it with a heat gun. You can also use a silicone sheet
  • Sublimate in the oven for 13-15 minutes
  • Using a protective glove, remove the wrap, the silicone sheet, or the bag, depending on the accessory you used
  • Carefully peel off the paper from the mug
