WASHING RECOMMENDATIONS
To maximise the lifespan of the customisation, it is recommended to:
Wash at a low temperature
Turn garments inside out before washing
Do not use bleach, fabric softeners or harsh detergents
Preferably air dry
Wait 48 h before the first wash
If ironing is necessary, do so inside out and at a low temperature
RECOMMENDED SUBLIMATION INSTRUCTIONS AND PARAMETERS
Parameters indicated are for guidance purposes. It is recommended to carry out preliminary tests to make the necessary adjustments before starting production.
Print the design in mirror mode
Heat the press to 190 - 200 °C
Use a lint roller to clean the T-shirt and remove any impurities or dust that could cause stains
Place anti-marking foam on the base plate
Insert protective paper inside the T-shirt to prevent the design from sublimating onto the back
Place the T-shirt on the heat press base plate and the printed side of the paper onto the T-shirt
Place protective paper on top to protect the heat plate
Close the press at medium pressure for 35-40 seconds
With the help of a protective glove, remove the freshly printed T-shirt
