Rayon flock heat transfer vinyl in neon and white. The white vinyl has a blockout interlayer to prevent the colour of the fabric from "sublimating" and contaminating the colour of the vinyl.

DESCRIPTION
TUBITHERM neon-coloured vinyls are a PA (polyamide) film for textile transfer. The white blockout vinyl is a viscose film offering high opacity and sublimation resistance.
- Excellent weeding and cutting. The material will not tear if the vinyl is quickly weeded
- The liner is a self-adhesive PET (polyester) film that acts as a carrier
- The 10-metre rolls have a Ø7.5 cm cardboard core
- The raw materials are ecologically inert, do not contain PVC, plasticizers or heavy metals and are certified in accordance with Oeko-Tex Standard 100 Class I
- Made in Germany by Poli-Tape

TRANSFER PARAMETERS
- Knife blade: 60º
- Temperature: 160ºC
- Time: 15 seconds
- Pressure: 2.0 bar [medium pressure]
APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS
- Cut your design in mirror image with a cutter plotter
- Weed out your vinyl excess
- Preheat the press to 160ºC
- Place the garment on the press and pre-press for 4-5 seconds to remove wrinkles and moisture from the fabric
- Position the vinyl over the garment and cover with protective paper
- Press for 15 seconds, medium pressure
- Warm peel the liner
WASH RESISTANCE
- Washing resistance: 40 ºC max
- Wash inside out
- Suitable for tumble drying and dry cleaning
