DESCRIPTION

• Photochromic tumbler: changes colour when exposed to sunlight or ultraviolet light. The colour appears instantly and returns to white when no longer exposed to light
• Cylindrical body with double wall: inner layer made of 304 stainless steel and outer layer of 201 stainless steel. Helps maintain the temperature of the liquid for longer
• Transparent plastic push lid with silicone ring to prevent leakage around the edges
• Opening in the lid for the stainless steel straw. Features a sliding closure tab
• Includes black non-slip EVA foam for the base
• Suitable for sublimation with transfer press and sublimation oven
• Supplied in a white cardboard box

THINGS TO KEEP IN MIND

• The tab on the straw opening does not seal hermetically. The tumbler should be kept upright during use
• The colour of the tumbler exposed to UV light will blend with the colours of the image to be printed, altering its shade. To minimise this effect, it is advisable to choose designs with dark colours
• Although the interior is resistant to rust, it is not resistant to corrosion. Avoid keeping acidic, fermented, or carbonated drinks inside for more than 24 hours. It is recommended to wash after each use

MEASUREMENTS

Recommended sublimation instructions and parameters

Parameters are provided as a guide. They may vary due to many factors such as the sublimation paper used, inks, or ambient temperature. For this reason, it is recommended to carry out tests.

WITH MUG PRESS

• Print the design in mirror mode
• Heat the press to 200º C
• Remove the lid from the tumbler
• Place the paper with the printed side against the tumbler and secure it with heat-resistant tape
• Close the press with medium-high pressure for 180 seconds
• Using a protective glove, remove the freshly sublimated tumbler
• Carefully remove the paper

WITH SUBLIMATION OVEN

• Print the design in mirror mode
• Heat the oven to 200º C
• Remove the lid from the tumbler
• Cover the base of the tumbler with heat-resistant tape
• Wrap the tumbler with the printed design in mirror mode and secure with heat-resistant tape
• Fit the clamp, or place the tumbler inside a shrink wrap bag and shrink with a heat gun. You can also use a silicone sheet
• Sublimate in the oven for 5 minutes
• Using a protective glove, remove the clamp, silicone sheet or bag, as appropriate
• Carefully remove the paper from the tumbler
• Cool using a fan or a tub of lukewarm water
