DESCRIPTION

• Cylindrical body with stainless steel double wall. Keeps liquids at the desired temperature for an extended period
• Does not transfer flavour to the drink
• 201 stainless steel outer surface with thermochromatic sublimation coating
• Transparent plastic snap-on lid with sliding opening flap. Features a hole to insert the straw
• Includes black anti-slip EVA foam to place on the base to prevent the bottle from slipping

THINGS TO KEEP IN MIND

• Can be personalised like any other sublimation tumbler; no special treatment or coating is required
• You should bear in mind that these colours will blend with those of the image you want to print, changing its tone. One way to minimise this effect is by choosing dark designs

RECOMMENDED INSTRUCTIONS AND PARAMETERS FOR SUBLIMATION PRINTING

WITH A MUG HEAT PRESS

• Print the design in mirror image
• Preheat the press to 200ºC
• Remove the lid from the tumbler
• Hold the paper's printed side against the tumbler and fix it with heat-resistant tape
• Press for 180 seconds, medium-heavy pressure
• Remove the newly printed tumbler using a protective glove
• Carefully peel off the paper

WITH A SUBLIMATION OVEN

• Print the design in mirror image
• Preheat the oven to 200ºC
• Remove the lid from tumbler
• Cover the base of the tumbler with heat-resistant tape
• Hold the paper's printed side against the jar and fix it with heat-resistant tape
• Adjust the wrap around it or slide the tumbler in a heat shrink bag and shrink with a heat gun. You can also use a silicone sheet
• Sublimate inside the oven for 5 minutes
• Using a protective glove, remove the wrap, the silicone sheet, or the bag, depending on the accessory you used
• Carefully remove the paper from the tumbler
• Cool using a fan or a bucket with lukewarm water
