DESCRIPTION

THINGS TO KEEP IN MIND
- Sublimate only the outer tumbler. Remove the silicone lid and inner tumbler to avoid heat damage
- It is recommended to personalise this tumbler using a 3D oven and insert jig for best results

RECOMMENDED INSTRUCTIONS AND PARAMETERS FOR SUBLIMATION PRINTING
- Print the design in mirror image
- Preheat the oven to 180ºC
- Hold the paper's printed side against the tumbler and fix it with heat-resistant tape. Remember to remove the lid and the inner tumbler to avoid damaging them
- Insert the jig inside the tumbler
- Place the tumbler inside a heat shrink bag and create a vacuum with a heat gun
- Sublimate inside the oven for 8-10 minutes
- Remove the newly printed tumbler using a protective glove while hot. If it is not possible to remove it, reheat it for a few minutes at 200ºC
- Dip it in water to cool it down. Carefully remove the bag and the paper from the tumbler
- Insert the inner tumbler and twist it to secure it in place. Put the lid on
