DESCRIPTION

• Quick-drying. Do not absorb moisture
• Tubular scarf shape, without side or edge seams. Open at the ends to fit over the head

THINGS TO KEEP IN MIND

• Before customising the blue, red, pink, or green neck gaiter, remember that the colours will blend with the image to be sublimated, altering its tone. To minimise this effect, choose designs with dark colours

MEASUREMENTS

WASHING RECOMMENDATIONS

• Machine wash at a maximum temperature of 40 ºC. Preferably use a delicate wash programme
• Do not use bleach
• Iron at a maximum temperature of 110 ºC
• Do not dry clean
• Air dry

RECOMMENDED SUBLIMATION INSTRUCTIONS AND PARAMETERS

Parameters are provided as guidelines. It is recommended to conduct preliminary tests to make necessary adjustments before starting production.

• Print the design in mirror mode
• Preheat the press to 200 ºC
• Place protective paper inside the gaiter to prevent ink from transferring from one side to the other
• Position the gaiter on the press and place the printed design paper on top. Secure it with heat-resistant tape
• Close the press with medium pressure for 35-55 seconds
• Using a protective glove, remove the freshly sublimated neck gaiter
• Carefully remove the paper
• Repeat the same process to sublimate the other side of the neck gaiter
