Once sublimated, carefully disassemble the pieces of the puzzle with the help of a cutter
The two 12-piece jigsaw puzzles of the Ref. 051246 pack are die-cut in the same cardboard sheet. They share frame and base. The other jigsaw puzzles come separately
The frame measurements may vary from one side to the other. They prevent the puzzle pieces from moving during handling

RECOMMENDED INSTRUCTIONS AND PARAMETERS FOR SUBLIMATION PRINTING

Parameters for guidance only. It is recommended to carry out tests to make the necessary adjustments before starting production.

Print the design in mirror image
Preheat the press to 190-200°C
Place the puzzle on the lower platen of the press with the paper's printed side against it
Press for 40-50 seconds, medium-heavy pressure
With the help of a protective glove, remove the finished jigsaw puzzle
Carefully peel off the paper
