DESCRIPTION

• Slightly tapered body, almost imperceptible, with a smooth texture. Scratch-resistant
• Opaque glass or polished frosted glass that shatters into sand-like particles. Safe for children and much easier to clean
• Suitable for customisation with a transfer press. Also compatible with a sublimation oven using clamps, silicone sheets, and shrink wrap bags
• Polished surface prevents fingerprints from marking the glass

MEASUREMENTS

RECOMMENDED SUBLIMATION INSTRUCTIONS AND PARAMETERS

Parameters provided are for guidance only. It is recommended to conduct preliminary tests to make necessary adjustments before starting production.

WITH MUG PRESS

• Print the design in mirror mode
• Heat the press to 180 ºC
• Place the printed side of the paper onto the glass and secure it with heat-resistant tape
• Close the press with medium-high pressure for 200 seconds
• Using a protective glove, remove the freshly sublimated glass
• Carefully remove the paper

WITH SUBLIMATION OVEN

• Print the design in mirror mode
• Heat the oven to 200 ºC
• Wrap the mirror-printed design around the glass and secure it with heat-resistant tape
• Adjust the clamp, or place the glass inside a shrink wrap bag and heat with a heat gun to avoid wrinkles. Alternatively, use a silicone sheet
• Sublimate in the oven for 8 minutes
• Using a protective glove, remove the clamp, silicone sheet, or bag, as applicable
• Carefully remove the paper from the glass
