DESCRIPTION

• Ideal for personalising with emblems or crests of institutions, brotherhoods, associations, clubs, sports teams...
• Nylon-trimmed edge with fringes at the bottom
• Back made of semi-rigid white matte interfacing. Provides strength and reinforces the pennant's body
• Removable rod with 2 plastic stoppers at the ends to prevent it from slipping out of the pennant
• Seam at the top to insert the rod once sublimated
• Cord in the same colour as the fringes. Sewn on the back of the pennant
• Can also be personalised with other techniques such as embroidery, DTF, screen printing, transfer or textile vinyl

THINGS TO KEEP IN MIND

• It is advisable to remove the rod from the pennant before sublimating
• The cord should remain outside the press during sublimation

MEASUREMENTS

RECOMMENDED SUBLIMATION INSTRUCTIONS AND PARAMETERS

Parameters provided as guidelines. It is recommended to conduct preliminary tests to make necessary adjustments before starting production.

• Print the design in mirror mode
• Heat the press to 200 °C
• Remove the rod from the pennant by taking off the stoppers at the ends
• Place the pennant on the lower plate of the press with the shiny side up and the printed design on the shiny side of the pennant. Secure it with heat-resistant adhesive tape
• Ensure the cord is outside the press before sublimating
• Press at medium-high pressure for 45 seconds
• Using a protective glove, remove the freshly printed pennant
• Carefully remove the paper
• Insert the rod into the top of the pennant and attach the stoppers
