DESCRIPTION

• Ideal for customising with distinctive logos of sports clubs, guilds, associations...
• Back lined with semi-rigid white interfacing, non-sublimable. Provides strength and reinforces the body of the pennant
• Straight edges overlocked in nylon with sewn fringes
• Rod with 2 plastic stoppers at the ends to prevent it from slipping out of the pennant
• Stitching at the top to insert the rod once sublimated
• Cord in the same colour as the fringes, sewn on the back
• Can also be customised with other techniques such as screen printing, DTF, textile vinyl, transfer or embroidery

THINGS TO KEEP IN MIND

• Before sublimating, it is advisable to remove the rod from the pennant
• The cord should remain outside the press during sublimation

MEASUREMENTS

RECOMMENDED SUBLIMATION INSTRUCTIONS AND PARAMETERS

Parameters indicated are for guidance only. It is recommended to conduct preliminary tests to make necessary adjustments before starting production.

• Print the design in mirror mode
• Heat the press to 200 °C
• Remove the rod from the pennant by taking off the stoppers at the ends
• Place the pennant on the lower plate of the press with the glossy side up and the printed design on the glossy side of the pennant. Secure it with heat-resistant adhesive tape
• Ensure the cord remains outside the press before sublimating
• Press at medium-high pressure for 45 seconds
• Using a protective glove, remove the freshly printed pennant
• Carefully remove the paper
• Insert the rod into the top of the pennant and attach the stoppers
