RECOMMENDED SUBLIMATION INSTRUCTIONS AND PARAMETERS
Parameters indicated are for guidance only. It is recommended to conduct preliminary tests to make necessary adjustments before starting production.
Print the design in mirror mode
Heat the press to 200 °C
Remove the rod from the pennant by taking off the stoppers at the ends
Place the pennant on the lower plate of the press with the glossy side up and the printed design on the glossy side of the pennant. Secure it with heat-resistant adhesive tape
Ensure the cord remains outside the press before sublimating
Press at medium-high pressure for 45 seconds
Using a protective glove, remove the freshly printed pennant
Carefully remove the paper
Insert the rod into the top of the pennant and attach the stoppers
