DESCRIPTION

• Ideal for making banners, small banners with guild insignia, badges, name tags...
• From 100% polyester white, sublimatable on the shiny side
• Customisable with other techniques such as DTF, DTG, transfer, embroidery, rhinestones, textile vinyl and screen printing

SUPPORT TABLETOP

• Chrome-plated metal support in the form of a flagpole to be placed on flat surfaces
• Base lined with felt red to prevent slipping and scratching of the surface
• Thin red cord to hang the pennant on the stand
• Vertical rod with hole for inserting the cord and holding the pennant
• Horizontal rod to keep it stretched out on the stand

DIMENSIONS

HOW TO ATTACH THE BANNER TO THE STAND?

• Screw the stick vertical to the base
• Unscrew the metal spheres from the horizontal stick
• Insert the stick horizontal into the pennant
• Place approximately 2 cm of the cord at one end of the horizontal stick
• Now twist the sphere in such a way that it holds the bead tightly
• Insert the other tip of the cord into the hole end of the stick vertical
• Repeat steps 4 and 5 with the other one tip of the stick horizontal
• Adjust the height of the pennant with respect to the base
• Cut off the excess cord if necessary
  

RECOMMENDED INSTRUCTIONS AND PARAMETERS FOR SUBLIMATION PRINTING

• Print at mirror the design you want print
• Preheat the press to 200 ºC
• Place the pennant on the press
• Place the printed design on the pennant. Secure them with heat-resistant tape to prevent them from moving
• Cover with protective paper
• Close the press and sublimate at medium-high pressure for 45 seconds
• Open the press and remove the pennant already sublimated with a protective glove
• Peel off the paper carefully
