DESCRIPTION

• Velvet fabric, very soft and pleasant to the touch
• Includes a specially designed Brildor label with a 3 x 2 cm space to print your company or shop logo or identification. Washing instructions are visible on the reverse
• Customisable over the entire surface on both sides
• Rectangular covers are the right size for use as bed pillows
• Not translucent
• Can also be customised using other techniques: embroidery, rhinestones, transfer, vinyl, DTG and screen printing

THINGS TO KEEP IN MIND

• It is recommended to iron with the zip open to avoid damage

WASHING RECOMMENDATIONS

• Machine wash at a maximum temperature of 40 ºC
• Do not use bleach
• Do not tumble dry
• Iron at a low temperature. Maximum 110 ºC
• Do not dry clean

RECOMMENDED SUBLIMATION INSTRUCTIONS AND PARAMETERS

Parameters are for guidance only. It is recommended to carry out preliminary tests to make the necessary adjustments before starting production.

• Print the design in mirror mode
• Heat the press to 200 ºC
• Place the cover on the lower plate of the press
• Insert protective paper inside the cover to avoid staining the other side
• Place the printed design on the cover. Secure it with heat-resistant tape to prevent movement
• Open the zip, close the press and sublimate at medium-high pressure for 45 seconds
• Open the press and remove the sublimated cover using a protective glove
• Carefully remove the printed paper
