Includes a label, specially designed by Brildor, with a 3 x 2 cm blank space to print your company’s logo. Washing instructions are visible on the back. It is possible to cut the label so that you can only see your business’ identification.
Customisable on both sides and their entire surface area.
They are not translucent.
WASHING RECOMMENDATIONS
Machine wash at a maximum temperature of 40ºC
Do not use bleach.
Do not tumble dry.
Iron at low temperature. 110ºC max.
Do not dry clean.
THINGS TO KEEP IN MIND
It is advisable to iron with the zip open to avoid damage.
You can personalise these covers by combining dye sublimation printing with other techniques such as embroidery, rhinestones, transfer, HTV, Direct-to-Garment (DTG), and screen printing.
Recommended instructions and parameters for sublimation printing
Print the design in mirror image.
Preheat the press to 200ºC
Place the cover on the press’ lower platen.
Put protective paper inside the cover to avoid staining the other side.
Position the printed design on the cover. Fix it with heat-resistant tape so it doesn’t move.
Make sure the zip is open and press for 45 seconds, medium-heavy pressure.
Open the press. Using a protective glove, remove the newly printed cover.
