DESCRIPTION
- Velvet fabric, very soft and pleasant to the touch
- Includes a specially designed Brildor label with a 3 x 2 cm space to print your company or shop logo or identification. Washing instructions are visible on the reverse
- Customisable over the entire surface on both sides
- Rectangular covers are the right size for use as bed pillows
- Not translucent
- Can also be customised using other techniques: embroidery, rhinestones, transfer, vinyl, DTG and screen printing
THINGS TO KEEP IN MIND
- It is recommended to iron with the zip open to avoid damage
WASHING RECOMMENDATIONS
- Machine wash at a maximum temperature of 40 ºC
- Do not use bleach
- Do not tumble dry
- Iron at a low temperature. Maximum 110 ºC
- Do not dry clean
RECOMMENDED SUBLIMATION INSTRUCTIONS AND PARAMETERS
Parameters are for guidance only. It is recommended to carry out preliminary tests to make the necessary adjustments before starting production.
- Print the design in mirror mode
- Heat the press to 200 ºC
- Place the cover on the lower plate of the press
- Insert protective paper inside the cover to avoid staining the other side
- Place the printed design on the cover. Secure it with heat-resistant tape to prevent movement
- Open the zip, close the press and sublimate at medium-high pressure for 45 seconds
- Open the press and remove the sublimated cover using a protective glove
- Carefully remove the printed paper
