DESCRIPTION

CASES

• Square cases made with a linen-like fabric in a mottled raw colour
• Side closure with a zipper in the same colour as the case, very durable
• Can also be personalised with embroidery, DTF, screen printing, DTG, transfer, rhinestones and textile vinyl

FILLINGS

• Exterior made of non-woven fabric (TST), 100% polypropylene
• Interior made of hollow conjugated siliconised fibre, 100% polyester
• Increase the volume or firmness of the filling by purchasing fibre separately
• Delivered vacuum-packed

WASHING RECOMMENDATIONS FOR THE PILLOWCASES

• Machine washable using the delicate cycle at no more than 30 ºC
• Do not dry clean or tumble dry
• Do not use bleach
• Once washed, they do not require ironing. However, they can be ironed at a low temperature

RECOMMENDED SUBLIMATION INSTRUCTIONS AND PARAMETERS

Parameters are indicated as guidelines. It is recommended to conduct preliminary tests to make necessary adjustments before starting production.

• Print the design on paper in mirror mode
• Heat the press to 200 ºC
• Place the case on the lower plate of the press and the printed side of the paper on the case. Secure them with heat-resistant tape to prevent movement
• Close the press with medium-high pressure for 60 seconds
• Using a protective glove, remove the newly sublimated case
• Carefully remove the paper
