RECOMMENDED INSTRUCTIONS AND PARAMETERS FOR SUBLIMATION PRINTING
Parameters given for guidance only. They may vary due to many factors such as the paper used, the inks or ambient temperature. For this reason, it is recommended to carry out tests.
WITH SUBLIMATION OVEN
- Print the design in mirror image
- Heat the sublimation oven to 180 °C
- Place the printed part of the paper on the mug and stick it with thermal adhesive tape
- Attach to the mug the clamp or the silicone sheet for sublimation oven
- Insert the mug in the oven for 13-15 minutes
- At the end of the process, remove the mug with the help of a protective glove
- Remove the clamp or the silicone sheet from the mug
- Carefully peel off the paper
