DESCRIPTION

  • Self-locking cords in the colour of the backpack
  • Small bag that simulates an animal to store the folded backpack. With zip, adjustable and carabiner for hanging
  • Available models: zebra white, duck yellow, whale blue, and orange giraffe
  • Thanks to its composition of 190T water-repellent polyester
  • It can also be customised with other techniques such as screen printing, transfer, heat transfer vinyl, embroidery and rhinestones

THINGS TO KEEP IN MIND

  • Before sublimating the yellow, blue, and orange backpacks, please note that the colours of the backpack will mix with those of the image you wish to print. It is recommended to use a dark design to minimise this effect
  • It is recommended to leave the cords and the animal-shaped bag outside of the press to prevent them from being burned or damaged during the dye sublimation printing
  • To personalise with DTF, follow the time, temperature, and pressure parameters recommended by the film manufacturer. Also, ensure not to exceed the maximum temperature the fabric can withstand

RECOMMENDED INSTRUCTIONS AND PARAMETERS FOR SUBLIMATION PRINTING

Parameters given for guidance only. It is recommended to carry out preliminary tests in order to make the necessary adjustments before starting production.

  • Print the design in mirror mode
  • Preheat the press to 200 ºC
  • Insert protective paper inside the backpack so that the ink does not transfer to the other side
  • Place the backpack on the base of the press and the printed part of the paper on the backpack. Fix it with thermal adhesive tape
  • Place protective paper
  • Close the press with medium-high pressure for 25-30 seconds
  • With the help of a protective glove, remove the freshly sublimated backpack
  • Carefully peel off the paper
