RECOMMENDED SUBLIMATION INSTRUCTIONS AND PARAMETERS
Parameters provided for guidance purposes only. It is recommended to carry out preliminary tests to make the necessary adjustments before starting production.
Print the design in mirror mode
Heat the press to 200ºC
Remove the cords from the bag before placing it in the heat press. Protect the rings with heat-resistant tape
Insert two white sheets or a piece of card inside the bag. This will prevent the two sides from sticking together due to heat or the ink from transferring from one side to the other
Place the bag on the press base and the printed side of the paper on top of the bag
Close the press at high pressure for 25-30 seconds
With the help of a protective glove, remove the freshly sublimated bag
