SUBLIMATION INSTRUCTIONS AND PARAMETERS
Parameters indicated as guidelines. It is recommended to conduct preliminary tests to make necessary adjustments before starting production.
MUG PRESS
- Print the design in mirror mode
- Heat the press to 200 °C
- Separate the lid from the jar
- Place the printed side of the paper onto the jar and secure it with heat-resistant tape
- Press with medium-high pressure for 180-200 seconds
- Using a protective glove, remove the freshly printed jar
- Carefully remove the paper
SUBLIMATION OVEN
- Print the design in mirror mode
- Heat the sublimation oven to 200 °C
- Separate the lid from the jar
- Place the printed side of the paper onto the jar and secure it with heat-resistant tape
- You can use either a clamp, a silicone sheet, or a sublimation oven clip
- Place the jar in the oven for 15 minutes
- Using a protective glove, remove the freshly printed jar
- Carefully remove the paper
