DESCRIPTION

• Jar similar to a handleless mug with multiple uses: glass, pencil holder, plant pot, vase, container for kitchen utensils, toothbrush holder, sweet jar...
• Cylindrical body with white exterior and interior available in different colours
• Customisable over the entire outer surface
• Suitable for sublimation with a transfer press using 11 oz heating elements. Also with a sublimation oven using clamps, silicone sheets or shrink bags
• Can also be customised with other techniques such as DTF, screen printing, transfer and adhesive vinyl

MEASUREMENTS

RECOMMENDED SUBLIMATION INSTRUCTIONS AND PARAMETERS

Parameters provided as a guideline. It is recommended to carry out preliminary tests to make the necessary adjustments before starting production.

WITH MUG PRESS

• Print the design in mirror mode
• Heat the press to 200 ºC
• Place the paper with the printed side around the jar and secure it with heat-resistant tape
• Close the press at medium-high pressure for 180 seconds
• With the help of a protective glove, remove the freshly printed jar
• Carefully remove the paper

WITH SUBLIMATION OVEN

• Print the design in mirror mode
• Heat the oven to 180 ºC
• Place the printed side of the paper around the jar and secure it with heat-resistant tape
• Adjust the clamp, or place the jar inside a shrink bag or wrap with a heat gun. You can also use a silicone sheet
• Place the jar in the oven for 13 minutes
• With the help of a protective glove, remove the clamp, silicone sheet or shrink bag, as appropriate
• Carefully remove the paper
