DESCRIPTION
- Transparent methacrylate with a glossy finish and a sublimable white polyester back
- The sublimated design will be visible from the front with a certain volume effect
- Prepared with a central hole of Ø8mm for installing a clock mechanism
- Can also be customised by laser cutting and engraving, PVC-free
THINGS TO KEEP IN MIND
- Clock mechanisms and hands are not included, available in Related Products
- Both sides have a transparent protective plastic film that must be removed before sublimation
- Sublimate on the reverse side, the white side, in direct mode (not mirrored)
- After pressing, let the acrylic panel cool on a flat surface with weight on top to prevent warping

INSTRUCTIONS AND RECOMMENDED SUBLIMATION PARAMETERS
Parameters indicated as guidelines. It is recommended to conduct preliminary tests to make necessary adjustments before starting production
- Print the design in direct mode
- Heat the press to 190 °C
- Remove the transparent protective film from both sides
- Place the printed paper side on the white side of the panel. Secure with heat-resistant tape
- Press at medium-low pressure for 70-110 seconds. The larger the panel, the longer the pressing time
- After pressing, carefully remove the panel using a protective glove
- Place the panel on a flat surface with weight on top to maintain its flatness
- Let it cool
