DESCRIPTION

• Wall-mounted medal hangers with excellent photographic quality, ideal for displaying sports medals or awards
• Sublimable on the glossy white side. The reverse side is not printable
• Medal holder with rounded edges and corners
• Holes for passing screws or ribbons to fix to the wall
• Spacers to place between the medal hanger and the wall, matching the fixing points. With a central hole for the screw
• Can also be customised with other techniques such as screen printing, adhesive vinyl, transfer, DTF and UV printing

THINGS TO KEEP IN MIND

• The customisable surface is protected by a transparent plastic film that must be removed before sublimation. Some medal hangers also include an additional layer of paper for extra protection. This can be easily removed
• To secure the medal hanger and spacers to the wall, fixing screws are required (not included)

RECOMMENDED SUBLIMATION INSTRUCTIONS AND PARAMETERS

Parameters provided as a guideline. It is recommended to carry out preliminary tests to make the necessary adjustments before starting production.

• Print the design in mirror mode
• Heat the press to 200 ºC
• Remove the white protective paper from both sides
• Pre-press for 5-10 seconds
• Place the panel in the press and the printed side of the paper onto the white side of the medal hanger. Secure it with heat-resistant tape
• Close the press with medium-high pressure for 60 seconds
• With the help of a protective glove, remove the freshly sublimated medal hanger
• Carefully remove the paper
• Fix it to the wall with screws or the included wooden supports
