DESCRIPTION
- No front or back. They can be sublimated on either side (natural wood and MDF medals)
- Acrylic medals can be sublimated on the back (white side). The image can be seen through the transparent side with a 3D effect
- Dark edges (natural wood and MDF medals)
- Open hanging hole for easy insertion of pre-closed ribbons
- Can also be customised with laser engraving, DTG, screen printing, adhesive vinyl and UV printing
THINGS TO KEEP IN MIND
- The sublimation side has a transparent plastic film that protects it and must be removed before sublimating (MDF and acrylic medals). Natural wood medals may have a white paper layer that is easily removed
- Does not include hanging ribbons. You can purchase them in Related Products
- Acrylic medals are sublimated in direct mode

- Engrave personalised messages or identifications on one side and apply spray or wax to give them a touch of colour

RECOMMENDED SUBLIMATION INSTRUCTIONS AND PARAMETERS
Parameters indicated as guidelines. It is recommended to conduct preliminary tests to make necessary adjustments before starting production.
- Print the design in mirror mode for wood medals or direct mode for acrylic medals
- Heat the press to 180ºC
- Remove the protective paper layer from the sublimation side
- Place the medal on the base plate of the press and the printed side of the paper on the medal. Secure it with heat-resistant tape
- Close the press at medium pressure for 60 seconds for wood medals and 80 seconds for acrylic medals
- Using a protective glove, remove the freshly sublimated medal
- Carefully remove the paper
