• To personalise with DTF, follow the time, temperature, and pressure parameters recommended by the film manufacturer. Also ensure not to exceed the maximum temperature the fabric can withstand

MEASUREMENTS

RECOMMENDED SUBLIMATION INSTRUCTIONS AND PARAMETERS

Parameters are provided as a guideline. It is recommended to carry out prior tests to make any necessary adjustments before starting production.

• Print the design in mirror mode
• Heat the press to 200 ºC
• Place several sheets of paper or cardboard inside the bag. This will prevent the ink from transferring from one side of the bag to the other.
• Cover the non-printable parts of the bag with protective paper to prevent staining or damage from the heat. Still, where possible, we recommend leaving the fastenings outside the press and removing the carrying handle during sublimation
• Place the bag on the press base and the printed side of the paper on the side of the bag to be sublimated
• Close the press with medium-high pressure for 35-40 seconds
• With the help of a protective glove, remove the freshly sublimated bag
• Carefully remove the paper
• If you want to sublimate the other side, wait for the bag to cool down and repeat all the steps
