DESCRIPTION

• Edges with narrow overlocking. Finished with a fine, closely stitched seam that does not add thickness
• Includes a specially designed Brildor label with a 3 x 2 cm space to print your company or shop logo or identification. On the reverse, the washing instructions and textile composition are visible
• Can also be personalised with screen printing, heat transfer vinyl, embroidery, DTF...

THINGS TO KEEP IN MIND

• The 50/50 composition of the label does not indicate a fibre blend. It means that one side is 100% polyester and the other is 100% cotton

WASHING RECOMMENDATIONS

• Maximum wash temperature: 40 °C
• Do not use bleach or dry clean
• Air dry
• Iron at low temperature

RECOMMENDED SUBLIMATION INSTRUCTIONS AND PARAMETERS

Parameters are for guidance only. It is recommended to carry out preliminary tests to make the necessary adjustments before starting production.

• Print the design in mirror mode
• Heat the press to 200 ºC
• Place the towel on the press plate and the printed side of the paper on top
• Close the press at medium pressure for 35 seconds (hand towel) or 45 seconds (bath/beach towel)
• With the help of a protective glove, remove the freshly sublimated towel
• Carefully remove the paper
