DESCRIPTION
- Each pair of flip flops comes on a last to facilitate the sublimation process. They are personalised on the white side
- Resistant rubber flip flops. Lightweight, comfortable, and cool to allow your feet to breathe on hot days
- Toe sandals with non-slip sole and diamond pattern design
THINGS TO KEEP IN MIND
- The straps should be fitted after personalising the flip flops. You can do this using the strap tool, which is sold separately (Ref. 030817)

STRAP ASSEMBLY WITH THE FLIP FLOP TOOL (Ref. 030817)
- Insert the tip of the tool into one of the holes in the flip flop from the bottom of the sole
- Take the corresponding circular end of the strap with the tip of the tool. The tool has grooves that fit the shape of the protrusion on the strap
- Check the L (left) and R (right) mark engraved on the round bottom of the strap before inserting it into the flip flop
- Pull the tool towards you firmly to insert the strap into the hole
- Repeat this process for each hole in the flip flop

RECOMMENDED SUBLIMATION INSTRUCTIONS AND PARAMETERS
Parameters indicated are for guidance only. It is recommended to carry out preliminary tests to make the necessary adjustments before starting production.
- Print the design in mirror mode
- Heat the press to 200 ºC
- Place the flip flops with their last on the base plate of the press and the printed side of the paper on top of the flip flops. Secure with heat-resistant tape
- Close the press with medium pressure for 45 seconds
- With the help of a protective glove, remove the freshly printed flip flops
- Carefully remove the paper
- When the flip flops have cooled, you can fit the straps onto the flip flops
