DESCRIPTION
- Suitable for food use. Does not transfer flavour to the drink
- Inner wall made of 304 stainless steel for greater durability
- Screw cap with anti-leak silicone seal (BPA free). Upper part made of PP in a 3D sports ball shape, varying according to the model
- Mouth sized for easy filling and cleaning

THINGS TO KEEP IN MIND
- Although the interior is rust-resistant, it is not corrosion-resistant. Avoid keeping acidic, fermented, or carbonated drinks inside for more than 24 hours. It is advisable to wash after each use
- Not suitable for dishwasher or microwave use
- Remove the cap from the bottle before starting the sublimation process

USAGE AND WASHING RECOMMENDATIONS
- Hand wash only. Not suitable for dishwasher use
- Avoid abrasive detergents or rough sponges
- Do not place in microwave
- Not suitable for carbonated or fermented drinks
RECOMMENDED SUBLIMATION INSTRUCTIONS AND PARAMETERS
Parameters are for guidance only. It is recommended to carry out preliminary tests to make the necessary adjustments before starting production.
MUG PRESS
- Print the design in mirror mode
- Heat the press to 200 °C
- Remove the cap from the thermos
- Place the printed side of the paper around the thermos and secure it with thermal adhesive tape
- Place the thermos in the mug press and close it with medium pressure for 35 seconds
- With the help of a protective glove, remove the freshly sublimated thermos
- Carefully remove the paper
SUBLIMATION OVEN
- Print the design in mirror mode
- Preheat the oven to 180-200 °C
- Remove the cap from the thermos
- Place the printed side of the paper around the thermos and secure it with thermal adhesive tape
- Place the thermos inside a shrink bag and use a heat gun to adhere the bag to the printed paper on the thermos
- Place the thermos in the oven for 6-7 minutes
- With the help of a protective glove, remove the bag
- Carefully remove the bag and paper from the thermos
