DESCRIPTION

• Features 8 panels and black metal ribs
• Wooden rib tips
• Wooden shaft and curved handle
• Equipped with a strap or tape with velcro for easy closure
• Can also be customised by screen printing, adhesive vinyl, transfer or DTF. The handle can be customised by laser engraving

THINGS TO KEEP IN MIND

• Before sublimating, consider that the umbrella's colour will mix with the image you wish to print, altering its tone. To minimise this effect, choose designs with dark colours
• The ribs should remain outside the press during sublimation
• Due to the difficulty of fitting this item into a transfer press, we recommend customising it with a manual transfer press without a base plate
• After customising the umbrella, it is advisable to dry it open to prevent possible migration of the print

MEASUREMENTS

RECOMMENDED SUBLIMATION INSTRUCTIONS AND PARAMETERS

Parameters indicated as guidelines. It is recommended to conduct preliminary tests to make necessary adjustments before starting production.

WITH MANUAL TRANSFER PRESS WITHOUT BASE PLATE

• Print the design in mirror mode
• Heat the press to 200 ºC
• Place the part of the umbrella you wish to sublimate on the press base and the printed side of the paper on the fabric
• Close the press with medium pressure for 60 seconds
• With the help of a protective glove, remove the freshly printed umbrella
• Carefully remove the paper
