DESCRIPTION
- Reinforced windproof system with double layer of fabric, featuring holes and elastic bands connecting the upper and lower panels. Enhances air circulation and improves resistance against wind gusts

THINGS TO KEEP IN MIND
- For this type of item, determining the printable area of the umbrella can be challenging. It may vary depending on the press
- The black panels are not sublimable, so they must be customised with other techniques
- Keep the ribs out of the press during pressing
- After customisation and during use, it is recommended to dry it open to avoid possible migration of the print

RECOMMENDED INSTRUCTIONS AND PARAMETERS FOR SUBLIMATION PRINTING
Parameters given for guidance only. It is recommended to carry out preliminary tests in order to make the necessary adjustments before starting production.
- Print the design in mirror mode
- Preheat the press to 200 °C
- Place the surface of the fabric you wish to sublimate on the base of the press and the printed part of the paper on the fabric
- Leave the ribs out of the press
- Close the press at medium pressure for 35-45 seconds
- With the help of a protective glove, remove the umbrellas just printed
- Carefully peel off the paper
