DESCRIPTION

• Photo panels with photographic quality, ideal as gifts for christenings, communions, weddings...
• Sublimable on the glossy white side. The back is non-printable in light or dark brown, depending on the batch
• Rounded edges and corners
• Purchase suitable cardboard packaging boxes separately
• Can also be customised with other techniques such as screen printing, adhesive vinyl, transfer, DTF and UV printing

THINGS TO KEEP IN MIND

• The customisable surface is protected by a plastic film that must be removed before sublimation. Some photo panels also include an additional paper layer for extra protection. It can be easily removed
• The photo panels do not include table stands or hanging hooks. You can purchase these separately
• You will receive the box sealed with adhesive tape and a label. Both are removable. They can be easily removed without damaging the box so you can reuse it
  

MEASUREMENTS

RECOMMENDED SUBLIMATION INSTRUCTIONS AND PARAMETERS

Parameters provided as guidelines. It is recommended to conduct preliminary tests to make necessary adjustments before starting production.

• Print the design in mirror mode
• Heat the press to 200 ºC
• Remove the protective paper
• Pre-press for 5-10 seconds
• Place the panel on the press with the printed side of the paper on the white side of the panel. Secure it with heat-resistant tape
• Close the press with medium-high pressure for 60 seconds
• Using a protective glove, remove the freshly sublimated photo panel
• Carefully remove the paper
• Attach a hook or a desktop stand to use it as a photo frame
