DESCRIPTION
- Acrylic sheets with a white sublimatable reverse side for direct mode. The image is viewed from the front with a 3D-like depth effect
- Plastic grinder body. Lids with adhesive on the base to fix the acrylic sheets once sublimated
- Internal central magnet prevents accidental opening and ensures a secure and aligned closure
- Interior with diamond-shaped teeth for uniform grinding
THINGS TO KEEP IN MIND
- Both sides of the acrylic have a transparent plastic protective film that must be removed before sublimation. It can be easily peeled off

RECOMMENDED SUBLIMATION INSTRUCTIONS AND PARAMETERS
Parameters provided as a guideline. It is recommended to carry out preliminary tests to make the necessary adjustments before starting production.
- Print the design in direct mode
- Heat the press to 180 ºC
- Remove the transparent plastic film covering each side of the sheet
- Place the sheet on the base of the press and the printed side of the paper onto the white side. Secure them with heat-resistant adhesive tape
- Close the press with medium-low pressure for 90 seconds
- Using a protective glove, remove the freshly printed sheet
- Carefully remove the paper
