DESCRIPTION
- Rigid felt panels, yet with some flexibility
- Ideal for creating in the desired shape and size: bookmarks, keyrings, luggage tags...
- Can be cut with a die cutter, laser machine, scissors, or cutter
- The edges do not fray or wrinkle
- Can also be customised with other techniques such as laser engraving, embroidery, textile vinyl, screen printing or DTF
THINGS TO KEEP IN MIND
- During sublimation, the thickness and size of the felt piece may slightly reduce due to the pressure and heat applied (approx. 1 mm). We recommend conducting preliminary tests before starting production
- They can be sublimated before or after cutting the pieces

RECOMMENDED SUBLIMATION INSTRUCTIONS AND PARAMETERS
Parameters indicated are for guidance only. It is recommended to conduct preliminary tests to make necessary adjustments before starting production.
- Print the design in mirror mode
- Heat the press to 180 ºC
- Place the felt on the press plate and the printed side of the paper on the felt
- We advise sublimating with medium-high pressure for 60-80 seconds
- With the help of a protective glove, remove the freshly printed felt
- Carefully remove the paper
- Repeat the entire process on the other side if desired
