<li>Heat the press to <span class="azul-negrita">200 °C</span></li>
<li>Place the cover on the press base and the printed side of the paper on the cover</li>
<li>Close the press at a <strong>medium-high pressure</strong> for <span class="azul-negrita">40-50 seconds</span></li>
<li>With the help of a protective glove, remove the newly sublimated cover</li>
<li>Carefully remove the paper</li>
