DESCRIPTION

• Ideal for personalisation for beauty pageants, dance competitions, stag and hen parties, regional festivals, etc.
• Satin-finish fabric, similar to satin. Soft and pleasant to the touch
• Either side can be sublimated over the entire surface. There is no front or back
• Both ends of the sash are joined by a finished seam, making it ready to be comfortably worn from shoulder to hip
• They can also be personalised with other techniques such as embroidery, rhinestones, transfer, heat transfer vinyl, screen printing, etc.

THINGS TO KEEP IN MIND

• The black sash is not suitable for sublimation. It is recommended to use an alternative technique such as DTF
• Before sublimating, bear in mind that the colour will blend with the image to be printed, altering its shade. One way to minimise this effect is to choose designs with dark colours
• Pre-press the sash as satin tends to shrink the first time heat is applied

MEASUREMENTS

RECOMMENDED SUBLIMATION INSTRUCTIONS AND PARAMETERS

Parameters indicated are for guidance only. It is recommended to carry out preliminary tests to make the necessary adjustments before starting production.

• Print the design in mirror mode
• Heat the press to 200 ºC
• Place the sash on the base of the press and the printed side of the paper on top of the sash
• Close the press at medium pressure for 45 seconds
• With the help of a protective glove, remove the freshly printed sash
• Carefully remove the paper
