DESCRIPTION

• Ribbons for decorating hats and turning them into gifts or souvenirs. Ideal as a promotional accessory for events, fairs, festivals, conferences... can also be used as a wristband or lanyard
• Made of white polyester twill fabric with a gloss finish
• With 1 complete roll, it is possible to personalise 666 ribbons of 15 cm in length
• Suitable for personalisation with other techniques such as embroidery, transfer, HTV technique or screen printing

TIPS AND ADVICE

• Cut and seal the ribbon ends with the Ribbon Cutter tool to prevent fraying
• Choose your preferred method for attaching the ribbon to the hat: you can sew it, glue it, use staples or simply tie it with a knot
• Create wristbands or lanyards with the safety closures available in Related Products

RECOMMENDED INSTRUCTIONS AND PARAMETERS FOR SUBLIMATION PRINTING

Parameters provided as a guideline. It is recommended to carry out preliminary tests in order to make the necessary adjustments before starting production.

• Print the design in mirror image
• Preheat the press to 200 ºC
• Place the ribbon on the lower platen of the press and the printed part of the paper against the ribbon
• Close the press with medium-high pressure for 35 seconds
• Remove the newly printed ribbon using a protective glove
• Peel off the paper carefully
