DESCRIPTION

• Suitable for creating personalised items such as displays, wall clocks, posters, ornaments...
• Very useful for printing photographs to place them in studios, exhibitions, art galleries, interior decorations...
• Customisable on both sides, which allows you to see the sublimated design on both sides of the article
• Smooth and uniform surface in white glossy finish. Black edges
• Suitable for laser engraving, UV printing, DTF and adhesive vinyl

THINGS TO KEEP IN MIND

• The customisable sides have a clear plastic protective film that needs to be removed before sublimation. The film on some panels includes an additional layer of paper to further protect the surface. Easily removed
• The edges may contain residue from laser cutting. You can easily wipe them off with a damp cloth before handling

RECOMMENDED INSTRUCTIONS AND PARAMETERS FOR SUBLIMATION PRINTING

Parameters given for guidance only. It is recommended to carry out preliminary tests in order to make the necessary adjustments before starting production.

• Print the design in mode mirror
• Preheat the press to 180-190 ºC
• Place the panel on the bottom plate of the plate and the printed part of the paper on the panel
• Close the press with medium pressure for 50-60 seconds
• With the help of a protective glove, remove the freshly sublimated panel
• Carefully remove the printed paper
• If the panel becomes wavy when removed from the plate, place weight on top of it while it is still warm to restore its shape
• Repeat the process to sublimate the other side
