DESCRIPTION
- For creating and producing customizable items such as coasters, Christmas ornaments, badges...
- Panels with one sublimable side have a lighter and smoother texture. The reverse side is rougher and darker (Ref. 055688 and Ref. 055689)
- Wood with natural grain
- Panels with a rectangular shape and straight corners
- Can also be customized with laser engraving, screen printing, UV DTF, adhesive vinyl, and UV printing
THINGS TO KEEP IN MIND
- They may have an additional layer of white paper on the surface for extra protection. It can be easily removed
- It is recommended to store the panels in a dry place with a heavy, flat object on top to maintain their flatness and prevent warping

RECOMMENDED SUBLIMATION INSTRUCTIONS AND PARAMETERS
Parameters indicated as guidelines. It is recommended to conduct preliminary tests to make necessary adjustments before starting production.
- Print the design in mirror mode
- Heat the press to 180 ºC
- Remove the protective paper layer from the sublimable side
- Place the panel on the base plate of the press and the printed side of the paper on the panel. Secure it with thermal adhesive tape
- Pre-press for 15-20 seconds. This will help remove any moisture residue absorbed by the wood, preventing chipping or cracking
- Place the printed side of the paper on the side to be sublimated. Secure them with thermal adhesive tape
- Close the press with medium pressure for 60 seconds for 3 mm panels and 70-90 seconds for 5 mm panels
- Using protective gloves, remove the freshly printed panel
- Carefully remove the paper
