<li>For creating and producing customizable items such as coasters, Christmas ornaments, badges...</li>
<li>Panels with one sublimable side have a lighter and smoother texture. The reverse side is rougher and darker (Ref. 055688 and Ref. 055689)</li>
<li>Wood with natural grain</li>
<li>Panels with a rectangular shape and straight corners</li>
<li>Can also be customized with <span class="azul-brildor-negrita">laser engraving</span>, <span class="azul-brildor-negrita">screen printing</span>, <span class="azul-brildor-negrita">UV DTF</span>, <span class="azul-brildor-negrita">adhesive vinyl</span>, and <span class="azul-brildor-negrita">UV printing</span></li>

<p><strong>THINGS TO KEEP IN MIND</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>They may have an additional layer of white paper on the surface for extra protection. It can be easily removed</li>
<li>It is recommended to store the panels in a dry place with a heavy, flat object on top to maintain their flatness and prevent warping</li>

<p><strong>RECOMMENDED SUBLIMATION INSTRUCTIONS AND PARAMETERS</strong></p>
<p>Parameters indicated as <strong>guidelines</strong>. It is recommended to conduct preliminary tests to make necessary adjustments before starting production.</p>
<ul>
<li>Print the design in <strong>mirror mode</strong></li>
<li>Heat the press to <span class="azul-negrita">180 ºC</span></li>
<li>Remove the protective paper layer from the sublimable side</li>
<li>Place the panel on the base plate of the press and the printed side of the paper on the panel. Secure it with thermal adhesive tape</li>
<li>Pre-press for <span class="azul-negrita">15-20 seconds</span>. This will help remove any moisture residue absorbed by the wood, preventing chipping or cracking</li>
<li>Place the printed side of the paper on the side to be sublimated. Secure them with thermal adhesive tape</li>
<li>Close the press with <strong>medium pressure</strong> for <span class="azul-negrita">60 seconds</span> for <span class="azul-negrita">3 mm</span> panels and <span class="azul-negrita">70-90 seconds</span> for <span class="azul-negrita">5 mm</span> panels</li>
<li>Using protective gloves, remove the freshly printed panel</li>
<li>Carefully remove the paper</li>
</ul>
