DESCRIPTION
- Photo panels of the photo block type. Due to their thickness, they can stand on flat surfaces without the need for a support
- The white side is sublimable. Brown back
- Bevelled edges in black
- Include a slot for hanging horizontally or vertically
THINGS TO KEEP IN MIND
- The customisable side has a transparent plastic protective film that must be removed before sublimation
- Although they do not require a desktop stand, you may use one for extra stability
- After pressing, allow to cool on a flat surface with weight on top to prevent possible warping
- For larger photo panels, it may be necessary to increase the pressing time to achieve uniform sublimation in the central area

RECOMMENDED SUBLIMATION INSTRUCTIONS AND PARAMETERS
Parameters provided as a guideline. It is recommended to carry out preliminary tests to make the necessary adjustments before starting production.
- Print the design in mirror mode
- Heat the press to 180 ºC
- Place the panel on the press and the printed design on top of the panel. Fix them with heat-resistant adhesive tape
- Close the press at medium pressure for 100-120 seconds
- With the help of a protective glove, remove the freshly sublimated panel
- Carefully remove the paper
- Allow to cool on a flat surface with weight on top to prevent possible warping
